Thank you for choosing Rayna UI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Rayna UI v2 Design System is developed and owned by Rayna UI. The following License Agreement applies to both free and paid versions of Rayna UI Design System.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Your access may be suspended if fraud, illegal activity, or license violations (e.g., redistribution) occur. We may also revoke access to protect our intellectual property or comply with legal requirements.

By purchasing or downloading Rayna UI V2, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

• You are allowed to use both the FREE and Paid versions of Rayna UI in unlimited personal, commercial, and client projects.
• You are NOT allowed to resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make Rayna UI V2 available to others — even if modified.
• You cannot use Rayna UI V2 to create products, templates, libraries, or kits for resale or free distribution.

Please use Rayna UI V2 in good faith — don't share files with unlicensed users, and don't repackage or resell the system.

• "Materials" refer to the design materials, components, assets, and files provided under Rayna UI V2.
• "User" refers to the individual or entity obtaining the Materials.
• "End Product" refers to a customized design project (e.g., website, app, or internal design system) created using the Materials.
• "Projects" refer to client work, personal work, internal company work, or other initiatives where Rayna UI V2 is used.

Upon purchase or download, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Rayna UI V2 Materials in accordance with this Agreement.

• Use Rayna UI V2 in unlimited End Products for personal or client use.
• Customize and modify the Materials to suit your design needs.
• Combine the Materials with other works to create derivative works.
• Use Rayna UI V2 as a starting point for an internal design system or product design process.

You may share Rayna UI V2 within your organization/team only if you have purchased a Team or Enterprise license.

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute Rayna UI V2 files or assets, modified or unmodified.
• Publish the files or grant public access to the files (e.g., via Figma community files or public links).
• Use Rayna UI V2 to create a competing UI kit, design system, template, or library for sale or free distribution (including for platforms like Webflow, Framer, WordPress, React, HTML/CSS, Tailwind, etc.).
• Allow unlicensed users access to the files.
• Organize or participate in "group buys" or shared purchases.
• Embed Rayna UI V2 assets in downloadable products where users can extract the components directly.

A "User" is anyone who can access, edit, or make use of Rayna UI V2, including via a shared team library.

• Single-user licenses are intended for one individual.
• Team and Enterprise licenses allow access for multiple users as outlined at purchase.

If your team grows and you need additional users, please contact us to upgrade your license.

The copyright of Rayna UI V2 is owned by Rayna UI.

We reserve the right to revoke licenses and take legal action against unauthorized use, including but not limited to:

• Reselling
• Redistribution
• Creation of derivative competing products

If you violate the terms, you agree to be financially liable for damages, with a base penalty of $20,000 per violation, and additional penalties for repeated or mass unauthorized distribution.

Rayna UI's total liability for any claims related to Rayna UI V2 is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of profits, or any third-party claims arising from your use of Rayna UI V2.

No refunds, as sales are final.

We cannot issue refunds:

• If you change your mind after purchasing.
• If you decide not to use Rayna UI V2.
• If you are unfamiliar with Figma, Framer, or related tools.

Rayna UI reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with changes communicated via email or platform notifications, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of all updates.
